Eligible: ​

• Cambodia citizen

• Cambodian child was born abroad

• Passport has no longer able used (damaged/lost)

• Passport validity can't be further extended

• Travel back to Cambodia only

Note: Emergency Travel document is valid for three months after the date of issue.​

Requirement:

   1. Application form​ (Download Application Form)

• Completed and signed Application Form (1 copy)

• Enclosed with one photo of passport standard (4x6 size) recently taken or at least in last 6 months

   2. Copy of Cambodian passport (Copy only Bio data page/……)

   3. No Fee  

   4. Processing time

• 3 to 5 weeks (Request to Capital)

   5.  Prepaid return (express) envelop

• (Express) return envelope with a tracking number is recommended.​
