Eligible: ​

• Cambodia citizen

• Cambodian child born abroad

• Passport has no longer able used (damaged/lost)

• Travel back to Cambodia once only 

Note: Temporary Travel document is valid for three months after the date of issued.​

Requirement:

   1. Application form​ (Download Application Form Here)

• Completed and signed Application Form (1 copy)

• Enclosed with one photo of passport standard (4x6 size) recently taken or at least in last 6 months

   2. Copy of Cambodian passport  (Only Bio data page)

   3. No Fee  

   4. Processing time

• 3 to 5 weeks (Required approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation)

   5.  Prepaid return (express) envelop

• (Express) return envelope with a tracking number is recommended.​

• (Shipped back) Applicant need to provide a self address prepaid Express Envelope and be sure to retain tracking number. ​

*** For New Zealand or outside Australia Visa applicant

• Kindly send it through DHL

• Provide (shipped-back) prepaid return envelope that billed to your DHL account or credit card

• DHL waybill slip
