On 2 May 2023, H.E. Dr. CHEUNBORAN Chanborey, Ambassador of Cambodia to Australia and his Spouse attended the funeral of Mrs. Kay McCooey who was a good friend of Cambodia. On behalf of the Cambodian community in Canberra, Ambassador Chanborey delivered an eulogy to highlight Kay’s contribution to the Cambodian community and reflect on her love of Cambodia, Cambodian culture, and people, especially children in the countryside who she had helped and provided with hope and opportunity.
